Let go of a small grudge
Choose to release a minor resentment, in your own mind or in words.

Why it helps
Holding a grudge costs you energy while the other person may not even know. Letting go, even partly, can lighten your mood and open a door.
How to do it
- Name a small irritation you are carrying.
- Write one sentence on what it cost you.
- Decide to drop it, or send a kind message to clear the air.
Make it easier
Simply notice the grudge and tell yourself you can set it down.
Make it harder
Reach out to the person and say you want to move on.
Forgiving does not mean accepting harmful behaviour.
