Wipe the washing machine seal

Wipe the rubber door seal and leave the door open.

Why it helps

Moisture collects in the seal and can cause smells. A wipe and fresh air keeps it clean.

How to do it

1. Pull back the rubber seal.
2. Wipe with a cloth and a little vinegar solution.
3. Leave the door open to dry.

Make it easier

Just leave the door open after each wash.

Make it harder

Run a maintenance wash at 60 degrees if your machine allows.

Never mix vinegar and bleach.
